All members are advised that an annual general meeting of Galway Triathlon Club will take place as follows:

Place: Virtual AGM
The AGM is an important constitutional gathering of Galway Triathlon Club’s members to hear about the progress of the Club, recent and ongoing developments. The meeting also provides a forum for members to put forward their ideas for the future of the Club. Due to continued COVID-19 restrictions and the ease of attending virtually, the committee has decided to once again host the 2021 Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing – Details on how to attend will be shared with members closer to the time

Galway Triathlon Club is a complete volunteer-run club and relies on the assistance of our wonderful members. If you are interested in going forward for any role on the committee or indeed if you would be interested in volunteering in any capacity no matter how small please let Mairéad before Wednesday 24th November 2021.
If you have any other business that you feel is relevant to the AGM then please note that this should be submitted to the secretary by completing the below form no later than Friday, 19th November 2021 so an Agenda can be sent out to all members in plenty time. We will have our usual open forum immediately after the formal AGM for us to have an informal chat about our club
